If you are a welfare worker, and are not Hispanic, and ask for verifications, such as birth certificates, you are considered a "racist". I have seen many Hispanic welfare workers approve benefits for Hispanic recipients, without verifications, and continue to just accept their "word" on reviews...however, when I request birth certificates, they complained to my supervisor...who went ahead, and approved the benefits...strangely enough, she was also Hispanic...hmmm....
