I agree with a lot of you, no we should not be the dumping grounds for these sort of individuals, but what is the answer, i have mine but the governemnt would not like mine i am sure.
But it also comes down to the sentences, and the judges judging these cases, what is their problem. And why for the severity of the crime, such leniency. Has he learned a valuable lesson, or as we have all known, so many go back to what it is they know a life of crime. Judges need to get tougher, and we should in no way, have to deal with these violent criminals no way.

Unfortunately, our prisons do not rehabilitate, as evidenced by our high recidivism rate. Most violent criminals leave prison with even more antisocial behavior than when the entered. Our prisons are simply a breeding ground for sociopaths. Clearly, this murderer lacks a moral compass. No one could brutally kill an innocent, defenseless person, with cerebral palsy no less, and not be capable of killing again. He’s like people who enjoy torturing small animals. . . amoral to the core.
