Even if deported, they’ll return. Maybe they can start a racial profiling operation, and collect thousands more. Only in America.

The town of Danbury and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement have agreed to pay eight day laborers $650,000 in a civil rights case that charged they were arrested as the result of racial profiling.
The immigrants, who ICE charges were here illegally, have been ordered deported, but those separate court rulings are now before the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York.
Unbelievable! Can American citizens claim racial profiling when they are caught breaking the law? Afterall, during the course of an investigation knowing the description of the criminal plays a role in capturing them.

It must be nice to violate the laws of a foreign nation, and then receive thousands of dollars at taxpayers’ expense because police failed to follow protocol. Our laws are only important to illegals when they can use them for monetary gain.
I have always understood "civil", in this content, to refer to citizens. By definition illegal immigrants are not citizens. This being the case, they shoulld have no "civil rights", which belong to citizens.

Just my opinion.
Which differs from the opinions of US Superme Court justices interpreting the US Constitution.

After deductions they only get approx, $69,000.00 each.
Every single recipient should be heavily investigated by IRS to determine if they have paid taxes in prior years. If so they should be jailed and fined. Every single person should also be heavily fined for clearly forging documents. If you are here illegal you have no right to work here in the first place. They should be prosecuted for doing so. After all, laws are laws and should be enforced. Right?
This entire case is ridiculous. Illegal immigrants once again demonstrate their only agenda is about what they can take from Americans. Deport them already.
I've heard that Danbury has become a haven for Illegals. Why don't they force them out and save the taxpayers' money? These people, to me, aren't even here--they're not supposed to be here. How can they have so many rights?
The common theme in the Obama administration has been if an immigrant manages to get their story in the press they generally avoid deportation. The caveat being criminal immigrants.
Legally federal agents can bring race as a factor in arrest, profiling is not unconstitutional if it is in the interest of national security.
Not surprised the Bush league lawyers under Holder don't know that.
