Confessions of an Illegal Immigrant (http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/dpp/news/local_news/Confessions-of-an-Illegal-Immigrant-20110404-am-sd - broken link)

"We are not criminals. If you consider a crime working, then you need to re-think your whole life. Because working is what makes you who you are," said Briceno.

Aren't there a lot of people working in prisons working off sentences?

All I can say is what an uneducated dolt! Bank robbers are working also but that doesn't make them honorable besides the fact that they are breaking the law.

You are a criminal just by entering the country illegally. It is federal crime to enter illegally.
Working here illegally is thief because you are stealing a jobs from Americans. A lot of criminals work and commits crimes on their jobs. Stealing from their employers is common among illegals. I can place an order for anything in any store and get is in a few day. They have connections.
An illegal alien who does mechanic work in his garage is passing smog illegally and charging a extra fee.
Prisoners are not working off sentences, they get paid and still do the time.
Big CEOs have committed embezzelment and all sorts of crimes.
Pimp, prostitutes and drug dealers, drug growers are doing a jobs and getting paid for it? They also pay a lot of taxes because they buy expensive products.

Sounds like you have experience with this illegal activity...

If you have knowledge[as you say you do] of anyone committing fraud and criminal acts...and dont report it, you are just as guilty and just as much a criminal.

Reporting does no good because the political leaders are fully aware that all this goes on.

Illegals make their own laws up and are allowed to do so.

That person is an idiot.

Just because you're working means nothing, in your past you could be a criminal and now your working to change your past.

as a big Pro-Illegals supporter these people should be deported, and just let the ones with clean records stay in the country.

Some of you are shocked by me saying this, but it's true.

Having a “clean record” simply means they have not been caught. There are few illegals who are not guilty of additional violations. Heck, if they are working, they are committing ID theft, fraud, and for many, tax evasion. The last time I checked, all are against the law. So, your clean record proposal is a joke, to say the least.
