Two 18-year-olds face murder charges in the dragging death of a 16-year-old girl. Glendale police identify the suspects as Lino Chavez and Jose Solis Apodaca. The pair was arrested for the March 30th death of Anita Munoz, a student at a suburban Phoenix high school.
