Notice however that the drug cartels, the drug traffickers bringing their highly addictive poisons over the border and into every city and town, or the bullets coming over the border aren't mentioned?
It's one way only - they can do anything at all and it's not supposed to strain relations in any way. The most vicious criminals can sneak over the border - no problem but we enforce some laws and they get all twisted into knots over it.
Refuse american companies permission to move their businesses there and deny them cheap labor, thus forcing them to remain in the US and lower unemployment?
I say the heck with their threats. If they continue to want our aid, they should just shut up.
Hugo Chavez's opinion of the U.S. has now changed to that of "please allow my people to enter your beautiful country"?
How can these people sleep at night with their hypocracy being so blatent?
On the one hand, your country is the "scourge of the earth" but on the other, your country must allow their "escaping" citizens to enter illegally.
Sheesh; how is it theres so many of their people wanting to run from their "utopia" and why is it they all want to come to your "awful country". These guys know no limits to their being arrogantly obtuse.
If our country is so bad...why does everyone want to live here?!
How come their citizens flee those countries, illegally, just to get away and come here?!
Badmouth America as much as you want. It is your own citizens actions that speak louder than words. What are you doing to keep your citizens from leaving?
American citizens don't even want to visit your crime infested countries, we are taking our tourist dollars away.
Mexico, 13 other nations say Utah illegal immigration law could strain diplomatic relations
Can someone please elaborate on what it would mean if diplomatic relations were strained? Does that mean that they would no longer accept the billions in foreign aid? Brazil has some cajones to say a damn thing after accepting a huge loan for oil production.......
Yeah! Let's hear it..."America you suck, take your millions back!".
Okay!
Like that is going to happen.
You are correct. Every American down there is viewed as new revenue. Unlike how they treat their poor which is an expense that needs to be expelled to the US and become a revenue generating unit via remittances.

What could they do? Much Business that both governments are a part of, and also we buy their oil. Always holding threats over America's head that public is not privy too. L.A. Times published that Mexico said would help out with the M13 gang if we would do them some? favor when L.A. mayor visited there last year. When Calderon said he might make drugs legal in Mexico and that Americans need for drugs was the problem, he likely meant it is our government's need for (illegal) drugs to keep law enforcement system profits that's the problem, a veiled threat?
