Good - that's step number 1. Step number 2. is to deport as many illegals as can be rounded up 3. Felony offense with mandatory jail time for knowingly hiring illegals to work, and last, but not least 4. no citizenship/welfare benefits for anchor babies. We could solve this huge mess once and for all, in a matter of two years, if any of our so-called leaders would act. (and we boot traitor Obama and his un-American ilk, out of power)

And the pro-illegals try to claim that border security won't stop them. From the article:

"Along the 1900-mile border, there are 650 miles of heavy-duty fencing, 165 truck and X-ray machines and a small fleet of predator drones. The number of law enforcement officers guarding the stretch has doubled.
The spending has discouraged people from trying to cross illegally, federal officials said. In 2001, border agents caught 1.6 million people attempting to enter the United States illegally. In 2010, they apprehended only 463,000."

This is sick and disgusting - City the size of Atlanta being turned back in 2001, city the size of Raleigh turned away in 2010 - consider that 3 out of 4 aren't stopped - that's scary - does anyone not give two cents about the welfare of our country anymore??? it's really sad

The majority of us do care. It's the minority rich and special interests groups who are helping to destroy us from inside. Gotta have those cheap nannies to babysit spoiled rich brats so mama can spend her days shopping and at the spa.

With the re-election campaign swinging into gear, this actually makes a lot of sense. Obama won't earn any new votes by being anti undocumented worker, and he can probably solidify Hispanic voters by throwing a carrot their way.

It's kind of like all the fuss lately with pulling troops out of Afghanistan. It doesn't sound at all like part of a plan with a purpose, but is timed for the election.

Just wait to see what he does to goose the economy in the nick of time. That should be pretty cool to watch.

Imagine that. Obama must refuse to enforce the laws he swore to uphold, to get the Hispanic vote. How pathetic. Well, I know one vote he won’t get.

Whatever it takes.

Maybe he justifies it by thinking about all the good deeds he'll do in the second term.

Someone like the name Arnold......... comes to mind!! Except I don't think Maria, was in charge of the nannie's schedule.

We could just all meet at the border and lend a helping hand, to lead them right back where they came from.
Would that suprise those crossing to be met by Americans, willing to stop them. Our government sure isn't.

Looks like the rate has gone down in the Obama years and that they ARE enforcing the law, more-so than any other president before.

Yet, somehow this is refusing to enforce the law...
