DaSilva-Neto’s attorney, Anthony Papoulias Jr., said he has no criminal record in Massachusetts and has lived in Ipswich for six years, sending his earnings back to his four children in Brazil.
The accident, Papoulias said, “could have happened to anybody.”

SIX years in a small town and no one caught him? Sure it could have happened to anyone but that's not the point.

And why is my husband who is LEGAL and has been here three years now, having to come up with more money (I think it's for long term permanent resident, although we've coughed up $ thousands now for immigration. I think it was around $1000 for the green card/permanent resident alone.)The hoops we've had to jump through for Immigration--the time waiting, the delays and misplaced files at the various embassies. I guess doing it the LEGAL way is just plain stupid?

The entire system needs to be reformed. Decent people should be able to get in more easily--I don't care what nationality they are but there should only be ONE way for all. Then if they can't pass the requirements to be here legally they won't be here.
Cheaters shouldn't be here.

When police asked him why he didn’t stop, “He said he did not stop because the truck was damaged and he didn't know what to do.”
He didn’t know what to do?!!! I once thought I hit a dog, and I HAD to stop, not because I thought someone may have witnessed the incident, but because it was the decent and humane thing to do. I was literally shaking from the mere thought of possibly killing a dog. Thankfully, the dog escaped injury. Yet, this drunken POS hit a human being, AND proceeded to drag him under his truck, but he didn’t stop because his truck was damaged, and he didn’t know what to do. This guy is the lowest form of pond scum. Given his criminal record, why was he still here? Oh, that’s right. . . he’s one of the “hardworking” illegals just seeking a better life.

Unbelievable, isn't it?

Yes, and it’s even more unbelievable that some will try to defend this creep, or marginalize his crime, by comparing him to citizens or assailing our “unfair” immigration laws.

Get involved folks... This could have been stopped if our government was doing its job ! It could happen to you or someone you love, then how will you feel if you did nothing? Write letters make calls get involved! And most of all vote for a person who cares about Americas security... This pandering to illegals has to stop! My thoughts & prayers are being sent to the family & friends of this innocent young victim.

Default Every time there is an accident like this every pro-illegal alien politician should be made to go view the body!

Man Charged In Motorcycle Dragging Death

http://www.thebostonchannel.com/news/28934871/detail.html

MILFORD, Mass. -- Matthew Denice was was trapped under Guaman’s truck wheel well while being dragged by the drunk illegal alien.

“Witnesses said they screamed for Guaman to stop before Denice fell out. Guaman kept going, witnesses said.”

"(Denice) was screaming 'help' and everything, under the truck ... like, really loud. You don't ever want to hear that again, ever," said witness Luis Guzman.”

"He was still alive underneath the truck and apparently was screaming. He was later brought to Milford Regional Hospital where he died of his injuries.”

Wow, had that been a US citizen who assaulted a police officer, the person would have had his rights beaten or tasered into him. Assuming he didn't die while being beat to a bloody pulp or tasered to death, of course.

But no, if it's an illegal alien from Latin America assaulting a cop, the cop better just take it or he's fired and the justice system better give the illegal a slap on the wrist or AG Holder will come get you

Guaman’s non-English speaking wife most likely an illegal alien too said “She said she hoped her husband will be deported to Ecuador so he doesn't have to suffer here.”

This is typical south of the border thinking. Her husband just killed someone in front of her son and she has no compassion for the dead man or his family. All she can think of is he’s not going to beat the wrap this time and go easy on him.

Isn’t it time we stopped going easy on illegal aliens. I think we should deport her and she can either take her children or give them to Child Protective Custody. We need to End this Birthright Citizenship crap! We all know what they do, they bleed the system dry to where there’s nothing left for needy Americas. Then they want special privileges and entitlements and our government gives it to them. Fire every politician in office!
