A 37 year old illegal immigrant who is a convicted felon just deported 4 months ago for drug dealing, was arrested and charged with the rape and murder of a 1-month-old baby girl.

Moreno-Hernandez who is in the country illegally from Mexico will not be eligible for parole until 2079 and will more than likely die in prison.

You are incredibly dishonest. Crime rates have been dropping since the early-mid 1990s are are currently at their lowest rates nationally in about 40 years. If any significant number of illegals was similar to the one referenced above, we'd be having a pretty nastry crime wave, or at the very least, it would be showing up in the numbers somewhere. There is a criminal element to every group of people. That there are with immigrants should neither be surprising nor a condemnation on the entire group as a whole as one and the same.
No one, including me, thinks someone like this should be in the US. He will get no defense. This is the kind of person who absolutely should be a priority deportation.

You are incredibly dishonest. There is a thread on this same crime over on the True Crime forum. I work with organizations that are involved with abused and neglected and murdered children and there is a high incident of this kind of horror against children. Try looking up the Briana Lopez case. That one makes your skin crawl. There is case after case of older Mexican men taking off with young Mexican girls, usually around 12 years old. Just look at the Missing Children boards at WalMart and see how many there are. You do not know what you are talking about.
