Border Patrol detains 14 after boat lands in H.B. | border, patr - News - The Orange County Register

This has been happening on a regular basis along S. California beaches.

Probably to head inland to the sanctuary city of Santa Ana.

best comment there.

I also don't blame the illegals. I would find a way to get out of those crap hole countries too. The biggest problem is too many came too quick with zero screening. If Obama wants to spread the wealth can we at least spread the illegals too. I am sure someone up in Vermont could use some cheap labor.

This is a huge problem in Puerto Rico as well. The illegals come over from the Dominican Republic in the middle of the night, obtain fake driver's licenses and then they are on the next flight to New York.

US Rep. Pedro Pierluisi (PR-At Large) is currently pushing for a "Caribbean Border Security Initiative" to increase the US Coast Guard and US Border Patrol presence in Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

That's OK, Im willing to blame them enough for both of us. They all came
with NO screening and it's a shame the boat didn't sink.

If Obama wants to spread the wealth he should hire more border guards.

Disagree here. The illegals are equally to blame. Just because their country isn't ideal doesn't give them the right to violate our immigration laws.

Obama is just the last link in the rather lengthly chain. Your country's administration has been allowing them entry unchecked for decades.

Why do they come? Could it be YOU employ them when they arrive? Could it even be your encouragement of them to sneak in so you can keep getting your lawns cut, pools cleaned and baby diapers changed for cheap?

Give us all a freakin break and stop whining about a situation YOU have allowed and even encouraged. YOU stop using them to unfarily compete in NAFTA and it'll all go away.

The boat is called a panga and is extremely sea worthy. It can easily do a two hundred mile round trip which allows delivery anywhere from San Diego to Los Angeles out of anywhere north of Ensenada.

It is easily beached and easily launched. There are tens of thousands of them in Mexican waters. They are the main working boat.

It is difficult to impossibe to see on radar unless it gets close to you. Generally visuallly sighted long before you see it on radar if they have running lights.

Simply another mechanism that says you can't actually stop border crossings. You have to fend off the illegals some other way.
