Illegal immigrants lie to the IRS all the time.

why wouldn't they lie about when they came to the U.S. or about how long they have been here?

So getting an official transcript from a school would be a lie?

Let me ask you something. How did they enroll in school to begin with without documentation like a BC to prove they are citizens? Almost ALL schools ask for this. So if they have forged documentation, doesn't that mean they committed a crime and are not allowed to have this "backdoor amnesty"?

It could be a crime in some states like Alabama.

They do not need to provide proof of citizenship to get into school. Just proof of residency to make sure they reside in the school district.
Remember..the Supreme Court ruled that every child is guaranteed an education regardless of citizenship status.

Just like voter registration cards..you just check a box saying you are a citizen. You do not need to provide any copies of documents.

Don't believe me..here's CA website..just check a box online and submit
Voter Registration - More In Depth | League of Women Voters of California ®

Still don't believe me..here's TX website..just check the box online and submit
Request for Voter Registration Applications

I'm sure the state governments do a thorough job of checking and cross checking that people who check "yes, I'm a citizen" are really citizens, especially in states like CA and TX.

So this amnesty will probably work the same way..check a box and the government will take your word for it.
Just wait and see.
