This continent had established immigration laws back then? Would you post them for us? If they didn't exist then there was no illegal immigration. Many of the natives welcomed the newcomers until they reached critical mass and conflict broke out.

Europe was also land taken by non-residents, uninvited. So was Asia, the Middle East, and all land north and south of the U.S.
They are being invited by the Politicians as well... representatives of the people.
Not implementing the proper security measures and not putting up deterrants such as the incentives for coming here is not the same as a formal invitation. No, the politicians who are turning a blind eye to this and pandering to illegal immigrants and their supporters do not represent the wishes of most Americans.

So in otherwords the past justifies the present? Times and laws shouldn't change with increased populations and government implemented laws and borders in these modern times? Those people of the past are all dead now so it is irrelevant to today and today's citizens. Are you not aware that those tribes indigenous to this country are all citizens of the U.S.?
Invites were not necessary since there was no established country with immigration laws back then. Many of the indians were savages.
Illegal immigrants are only being invited by lawbreaking employers. They aren't being invited by the majority of Americans nor by our laws.

You're being disingenuous, attaching generic attributes to a rather diverse population of Amerindians. It's irrational to label them as "savages" among their own societies, but "welcoming" to outsiders. Asking for codified immigration laws to prove they would have had them is terribly facetious as well.
"Savages" is a description that is purely contextual. We have no unbiased perspective to go from, the presence of our witnesses poison the record. Some of the Amerindian societies were renown for the trade and structure they had set up, coexisting with their neighbors very well.

That would only be true if those who migrated here from Europe were still alive. They aren't they are dead. Besides the Mexicans that are coming here illegally weren't from tribes that settled in this country and guess what? Their ancestors were also from Europe aka Spain. You were saying? What part of many were savages but not all didn't you understand? It has nothing to do with genetics.
Where there are no immigration laws one has a right to migrate there. It is that simple. It's all in the past anyway. What does that have to do with today? Those people are all dead now. I don't see any of the tribes that were indigenous to this country complaining only those from south of our border that were not. Even at that their ancestors were the white Europeans also.
