I do predict that the amnestied illegals who will start bringing in many family members including their elderly and infirm, will demand that the quarters worked requirement be lowered as a requirement for getting social security checks and that the required number of years of living here in order to get on disability be lowered or eliminated.

They'll say it's discrimination against them that they can't get a social security check if they worked less than 10 years here, they'll demand that any time they worked while back in their own country be counted in. They'll say it's not fair that they can bring in their extended families if they can't afford them, they'll expect a lot of help on that. It's not fair that 80 year old abuelita doesn't have a dime to her name and she needs a disability check and food stamps and medicaid immediately so they can bring her here. After all -- the right to reunify means someone has to pay for it and why should it be them?

This is in line with the arrogance of illegal immigrants.

And think about anchor babies......now every legalized illegal will be an anchor, and they can all sponsor tens of millions of more Mexicans to come here.

It's not JUST the "liberal democrats"! Your teabagger Repuglican friends are now leading the charge as well. Seen Sens. Rubio or Mccain recently? They're leading the charge to legalize the illegals merely for political expediency and gain rather than for the good of the country.

It's teapartier, not bagger and it's Republican, not Repuglican. McCain has always been an amnesty advocate so this is nothing new. Rubio is Hispanic, so go figure. Any Republican who thinks they will gain politically and gain more of the Hispanic vote by caving into this amnesty/legalization nonsense is living in fantasyland and needs a reality check.
