American kids are apparently so lazy we have to outsource college to illegal Mexicans so they can do the studying American kids just won't do.

... The article tells you he is an EWI who received DACA, therefor he is a criminal based on his Federal Misdemeanor of which he has admitted to by receiving DACA.

C'mon, at least attempt to make an argument as to why he should be sitting and invited by the POTUS.

Was he prosecuted by a court of law? Was he convicted of committing a crime?

No? Then he isn't a criminal.

If he is, then prove it. Cite your sources.

He has admitted to the crime, therfor in the "public eye" he is a criminal, in the "eyes of the law" he is a criminal. Whats to prove when he admits to it? The fact that he hasn't been convicted for it has no bearing on whether he is an admitted criminal or not.

He needs to be convicted in a court of law of a crime in order to be a criminal.

I can admit to being a hacker, but that doesn't mean I am one (because I'm not).

Now prove that he is a criminal. Cite your sources.

This illegal is not a criminal unless you prove it. Cite your sources.

He only needs to admit to the crime to be considered a criminal. A court only convicts the criminal and creates a "criminal file" on the person.https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&q...fMdvsO4cp58CAQ

lay individuals express surprise whenever they learn that an alien can also be found inadmissible for merely admitting to criminal activity even where there has been no conviction. Fellow practitioners are certainly less surprised by this fact, but are often surprised by the legal requirements that must be met for an alien to be found inadmissible. No doubt, the fact that an alien can be found inadmissible for admitting to criminal conduct is a potentially powerful weapon in the government’s arsenal.

By admitting to being a hacker, you will be considered a hacker, whether you are or not.

Again, I don't need to, as an EWI his admission is enough.

OJ wasn't convicted of murder, he was later convicted of robbery in a completely different case.

You seem inept in regards to immigration law, an alien can also be found inadmissible for merely admitting to criminal activity even where there has been no conviction.
