A Missouri-based immigration reform activist believes Governor Matt Blunt did the right thing in firing a state janitorial contractor this past spring that was employing illegal aliens. But now the contractor is making claims of racism.
Missouri's chief executive faces a lawsuit claiming racial discrimination and abuse of power for the March 6 sting at a Jefferson City state office building by federal and state law enforcement officers. Four of the eight charged in the raid have pleaded or been found guilty of possessing forged documents showing they could work in the United States.

While I don't think the contractor's case has any merit it may in court depending on who the judge is that's going to hear the case. Many liberal judges out there are very pro-illegal alien and would love to have this case on their docket.
While Republicans are probably highest consumer of illegal labor in the US IMO.
