Why do I get the feeling that underneath he is a wolf in sheep's clothing? I hope I am wrong. Politicians have a way of wording things to fool you into thinking they mean one thing when they mean quite another.
Cruz has some interesting points to make, which I agreed with but ofcourse I disagree with his anti-legalization position. He wants to make the bill tougher, great, amend it. But bill killers oughta get out of the way, this issue has been tabled long enough.

Ted Cruz isn't doing the movement any favors; he is an annoying arrogant preening clown. He needs to sit down, shut up, and let people who aren't widely loathed make the case for his position.

Oooh boy. I thought he was popular in Texas. How fascinating.
I think he is okay, but a little too ideologically rigid. But that goes for a lot other politicians too, lol.
Rafael "Ted" Cruz was born in Canada but his mom is American and his dad is a Cuban immigrant (don't know if he's naturalized or not at the time of Cruz's birth)

I just love how these guys say we need to stop illegal immigration, yet when it comes to the obscene number of legal immigrants we admit, especially given we're neck deep in a recession and the U.S. middle and working classes have been severely devalued within the past two decades, we're to think politicians are doing us a favor by simply reducing some immigration into the U.S.
Weird how so many liberals today don't realize that and think only Conservatives care about jobs for Americans and better wages for Americans. Cesar Chavez realized that illegals are brought in to keep wages and job benefits down. That is always the reason they are brought in.
