So what happens when illegals get into an accident when road signs are in English? They are not required to have an interpreter while driving?

Same thing happening in Maryland
Thousands of illegal immigrants seek drivers licenses

US drivers licenses need to be in English ONLY and that rule NEEDS to apply to Puerto Ricans who get their licenses on the "mainland" too. Sheesh!

If they can't or won't learn English, they need to be deported out.

Just so we all remember, we can't deport Puerto Ricans.

I agree that you have no business behind the wheel unless you can speak English.

Well the government provides for our non-English speaking immigrants so they don't ever need to learn English.

I see second generation immigrant kids coming to school not knowing English.
We have 3 bilingual kindergarten classes and 1 regular English kindergarten class at my school.

Those 60 Spanish speaking 5 year olds didn't all just arrive in this country.

This is one of the the reasons even legal immigrants should be required to have a firm understanding of the English language, you could have a situation for example where their the or the lives of emergency responders are at risk because of a lack of communication.

Yet instead English speaking Americans are discriminated against for hiring of government/city jobs such as emergency responders, etc. if they don't know Spanish to accommodate these non-English speakers. If they are already on these jobs they are required to learn Spanish or they are out of a job.
