Americans are divided over many issues relating to illegal immigration. But almost everyone agrees that illegal aliens who commit violent crimes should be deported.

Recent violent gang activity shows that disregard for our laws doesn’t end after an immigrant enters the United States illegally. Some become involved in street gangs, such as the notorious MS-13 (which has international ties), and commit some of the group’s most heinous violent crimes.

MS-13 is a very dangerous gang. I used to be a corrections officer up here in Omaha and the jail here is packed with them.

It's to the point where we have actually been invaded by a foreign army. The only difference is since our President refuses to put our military on the border to fight the battles, our police and sheriff's deputies are forced to fight the war in our cities.

Now our wonderful leaders are actually "funding" the enemy by generously donating a whopping 1.5 BILLION DOLLARS to the corrupt Mexican Government.

But....are they REALLY? Seems to me that while there is "division," there's an amazingly rare consensus across racial and socioeconomic spectrums on immigration.

Unfortunately, deportation usually just means a free ride back home to visit before entering the US illegally yet again.

The US will NEVER return to status as "top" country in the world for most quality of life indicators (crime, healthcare, etc.) so long as we have an ever-increasing population of non-invited persons living within the borders.
