WASHINGTON (AP) — The president of a prominent Latino advocacy group called President Barack Obama the "deporter in chief," denouncing the administration's deportation of nearly 2 million immigrants.

Latino group leader: Obama is 'deporter in chief'

That made me laugh. It looks like Mr Obama don't care much about illegal aliens either. He just used them to get elected to be POTUS.

That's actually not true anyway. Obama was counting those turned away at the border along with those that were actually deported to inflate his deportation numbers. Why would Latinos object to our president enforcing our immigration laws anyway? Isn't he sworn to uphold and enforce our laws? How convenient for this group to completely ignore that Obama gave hundreds of illegal aliens a stay of deportation with work permits aka DACA and instructed Homeland Security not to deport any illegals unless they have a criminal record. Give these ungrateful advocacy groups an inch and they take a mile.

How would you use illegals to get elected when they don't have a vote. Besides, everyone knows he has deported more illegals that anyone so why is this a surprise.

Obama is not picking up Illegals standing on the street corner who have been here a long time. Their definition of deportation is someone caught by ICE swimming across the RioGrande river or someone who just crossed the border is caught in a road block near the border.

Finn---Obama has done no such thing. In fact, he has admitted to cooking the books when it comes to those deportation figures:

"The statistics are actually a little deceptive," Obama said last month during a discussion with Hispanic journalists. There has been "a much greater emphasis on criminals than non-criminals." And "with stronger border enforcement, we've been apprehending folks at the borders and sending them back. That is counted as a deportation even though they may have only been held for a day or 48 hours."

It wasn't just "last month" when he admitted this---it was a while back.

Uh; Since Ms Murguia is screaming louder about deporting illegal aliens, maybe it IS starting to bite down on them.

Nah. I think that either she bought into the hype about all those deportations or she really knows the truth but is trying to stir up her minions.

Obama made it impossible to deport all the many millions of illegals below age 31 --- his DACA EO was an amnesty for them.

An illegal turning back after seeing a border agent is now counted as a deportation. Illegals aren't being deported in any significant numbers.

If you notice when engaging in an argument with one of the few people who actually support illegals being allowed to become citizens (other than of course, corporate america, democrats looking for future voters and the catholic church for sustaining members), and you mention that why are they allowed to break laws when no one else is, they deflect/change the topic, etc.?

Often times it is the same far left trash advocating for illegals who is the FIRST to complain about the criminality of wall street banker/corporate america, etc., but lacks the brainpower and sense to grasp the fundamental hypocrisy of their position when they excuse away the basic criminality of illegal immigrants.

One wonders, do they want to turn the US into an impoverished hole like Venezuela? What is their true objective?

Typically they are not economically successful people in the US, so do they think that allowing in huge numbers of people at the bottom of society will increase the wage rates for the poor and middle class? Or are they a version of Al Sharpton, simply seeking a swell of people who will be dependent upon them as their unofficial "advocate" and voice, so that these self-appointed "leaders" can build a power base? Or are they actually russian, venezuelan or some other nation's spies trying to undermine the US with unending poor illegals flowing in, destroying the country's economic foundation?

It would be nice if the garbage media in this country, when interviewing trash like la reza and its ilk, take them to task and ask them these questions to put them on the spot to learn their true motivation.

It would be obvious to any people here in the US who values their ability to earn a living wage that the influx of illegals is undermining their ability to do so, so who are these pieces of trash trying to appeal to?
