just wow is right. What country next will the bleeding hearts be demanding that we round up the kids? Where does this all end? When we've sunk to third world status ourselves? When do these countries start taking responsibility for their own problems?

Well at least they won't have to wait to sign up for all the welfare benefits the US has to offer.
I guess we can forget immigration reform and we can forget amnesty.
Make them all refugees now.

They won't just as long as we don't stop their poor from entering our country illegally. All those remittances suit them just fine and they don't have to deal with them.

I guess we are one successful Atlantic crossing from Africa and we'll be taking in all of their kids too - they seem to need it more.

I knew Obama was meeting with the leaders of some of these countries tomorrow, but, I thought it was to tell them they had to stop sending their illegals over! I could have sworn I heard that on the news!

Considering all circumstances involved, this is one of the most insane things I have ever heard in my life.

I read an interesting article about those remittances. It seems that the recipients back in whatever third world Latin American hole they live in, don't bother to work. They just sit around and do nothing and live off those remittances. That's not what the bleeding hearts envisioned. The bleeding hearts claimed that those remittances would be used to start businesses. Yeah, right...!

Exactly. There are many people in Africa who would gladly trade places with these Central Americans because the Central Americans have far better lives that most Africans.

My concern with backboneless people walking into our country is what it is doing to our country. America has thrived because of the boldness of its people. People who give up and walk out of their country are not the kind of people we need. We need people willing to give their lives for freedom. People who have their hands out asking for help are not that kind of people.

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. A country is only as strong as its citizens.
