It's irrational to criticize a politician for using politics.The GOP has to put up or walk away. Like the old cartoon used to say " don't walk away mad, just walk away" They could of course make like he did nothing, which is what he essentially did, and proceeded to go to work on something substantive. If you say we don't need an immigration bill, why are they so consumed with an EO that has no teeth? I'm beginning to think they were elected by people who are consumed with hate for something or someone so they have to pretend like they are fighting something or someone instead of passing bills.

The house had a chance 500 days ago to pass a bi-partisan immigration reform bill. Don't buy in to that legalese its just a smoke screen. This announcement is no surprise to them. They called his bluff now they have this and ACA to keep them busy for the next two years. Now they will have to cut deals with the Democrats to get anything veto –proof passed.
Apparently immigration reform was not Obama's priority in the first two years of his presidency. Instead, it was all about Obamacare.
We won't need to cut any "deals" with Democrats. We have the power now (and the numbers). We'll be using the same techniques they used, and you can bet we'll be happy to have that "nuclear option" that Harry Reid gave us.
Lastly, there is no "working with" Democrats, because they are deceitful liars, and they'll say one thing and do another. We should not even attempt to compromise our agenda by giving them even an inch on anything.

Lastly, Jay Sekulow of ACLJ was just on Cavuto, and explained very clearly why what Obama is doing is not only outside his authority as President, but is unconstitutional, and therefore, illegal. Also explained why it was different than what either Reagan and Bush had done (which had the backing of existing law). Obama, he pointed out, is making his own law. Too bad you weren't watching [Fox]. But I doubt you would have understood it, since you apparently belong to the class which were the subject of Gruber's ridicule.
