And how are they paying taxes? Answer---using stolen IDs or fake SSNs. If it is the former, that's ID theft. If it is the latter, that fake SSN could belong to a living person. Did you know that the law says it's okay if someone uses your SSN as long as they don't use your name with it? If someone else is using your SSN, the SSA won't tell you. You only find out when the IRS comes after you for not filing a tax return for a job you never held. Using fake or stolen SSNs puts the true owners of those numbers in a world of hurt.
Whatever illegals supposedly pay in taxes doesn't amount to a hill of beans because they take far, far more than they give. In other words, they are parasites.
Sorry, but a lot has changed since the Godvernment made it easier to NOT work. We have 3 generastions where a good percentage thinks most physical work is beneath them.

Pure nonsense. There are plenty of Americans out of work that would love to have a decent job rather than living on unemployment or welfare and blue-collared jobs are not beneath them. In fact many blue-collared jobs were taken by illegal aliens by working for less and therefore driving Americans off those jobs.

They don't pay in enough taxes to offset their huge social costs. Yeah, we know about the greedy employers who hire them and they do so to increase their profits not because they can't find an American to do the job for a fair wage. They and their illegal employees are breaking the law.

Unfortunately, there's a loophole in the law. The Supreme Court held (and correctly so in my view) that the anti-identity theft law doesn't apply to such cases where the individual uses a fake social security number that they believe does not belong to a real person. This is so because the law criminalizes knowingly stealing the identity of an actual person. Blame it on a flaw in the law. Unfortunately, pro-amnesty forces in Congress have blocked any attempts to close that loophole
People who came here legally like we did and went through the system of background check, filling out thousands of papers for years of getting visa's for the entire family, paying for visa fees, travel to the consulate, travel to renew I-94 every two years, getting annually new driver's licenses after 9/11 happened and the 7 year drivers licenses were cancelled... and having to travel further to get to a DMV that handles legal aliens. Paying for all the trips.
Not getting homestead and therefore paying higher taxes, difficulties with not having a SSN.
Why would we support illegals to get it so easy while many legal aliens are struggling to stay here in a legal way!
Please explain why that is fair! I know life isn't always fair but this is ridiculous and people should go back and perhaps lift the ban to apply after illegally entering from 10 years to 5 years but then apply legally and start at the back of the line.

One of the reasons I ditched the Republican party more than a decade ago is that they cannot seem to admit that, when you import Third World people into a country, that country becomes a Third World country.
The reason that nobody in a position to lead the republican party will admit that simple truth is because it is not the will of the GOP's donor class, which has different interests than the middle or lower income members of the GOP, to stop the endless flow of cheap labor into the U.S.
And let us not forget that the H-1B visa sham was the creation of Harris Miller and his fellow Republicans.
The Republican leadership is about as American as the sky is red.

Not sure where you are coming from here. Several administrations from both parties have been guilty of not solving this illegal immigration problem we have. It isn't only those on the right that hire illegal aliens but the left also.
Are you happy with Obama and the Democrats wanting to give amnesty to millions of them? How is that a good thing? We all know what Obama has done already by EO giving them temporary amnesty with work permits. Seems like your beefs belong more with the Democrats than the Republicans.
