Who cares about Ledezma being "safe" from being deported cause he has or had a drinking problem? Deport him and put a 10 year ban on him ever trying to come back to the US. Period.

Just when I think I've heard it all, another loophole opens for illegals. Isn't it strange how immigration lawyers can find a loophole for every single problem illegals have, so they can't be deported?

Wow, pathetic. Our legal system is a mess. I wonder how many years I'd spend in jail if I used habitual drunkard status as a reason for not paying taxes?
