- Eliminate jus soli for future babies (giving a year's advance notice so that anyone considering going the anchor baby route will quit while they're ahead and not bother)
- Anyone here illegally will be permanently ineligible to apply for residence or citizenship.
- Make eVerify mandatory for all employers
- Fine employers as a significant fraction of their yearly revenue, worth, or a minimum baseline amount (whichever is highest) for each illegal they're caught with.
Agree with your points. However, not everybody sneaking across the border is coming to work and get freebies. There are those who sneak across with the intention of doing us harm. Therefore, building the wall will drastically cut down on that. During the Clinton administration, a wall was built at the San Diego/Tijuana border. This wall has drastically cut down on illegal crossings and crime in that area.

There are far too many. However, even one place is one too many.
Oh wow I had no clue that where I live in Florida is a sanctuary city/county.

The sheriff is one of the best and a great Republican and has cleaned up the area a lot. Hopefully he will be staying after the elections which I'm convinced he will be chosen due to his outstanding performance.

I see Baltimore is a sanctuary city, as if the homegrown gangsters aren't enough! The suburbs are actually conservative and Trump country but Maryland is ruled by liberals on the state level due to the DC suburbs and the city.

Hmmm so Baton Rouge looks like it was taken off the list.

Didn't know New Orleans was a sanctuary city until Fox News mentioned it today. I did hear that a lot of the workers involved in the post-Katrina reconstruction were illegals and that many of them just never left. The previous situation in New Orleans with the ghetto was far from ideal but at least they were American citizens.

My metro area now has the highest number of illegal aliens per capita of any metro area in the US.
That is true, there would be a resistance to reporting criminal activity if they started turning in all illegal immigrants arrested on other charges.

Also I would not give much credibility to the Center for Immigration Studies.

Time to find out tho I'd be Ok with keeping any illegal aliens as witnesses in custody till their cases against US citizen or legal alien lawbreakers go up for trial, then deport their kind. None of this allowing illegals to run "free".

Because WA state is very blue. Bleeding heart liberals are all for open borders, amnesty and unlimited legal and illegal immigration. In other words, illegals always come first---the heck with Americans!

Wow, that's crazy. Texas certainly needs more. Houston seems to be falling way behind but even in DFW I would have thought that Tarrant County or Collin County were sactuary counties. Thanks for the list BOS2IAD. Hopefully these cities catch up.

The I-5 corridor which runs the entire length of California, Oregon, and Washington is a major route for sex and drug traffiking for Hispanic gangs. It would only be proper that there are safe places for them to bed down at night after being on the road all day. Libs will always leave the light on for them.
