Secondly a work visa should not be an automatic pathway to a green card. in most cases, the skillset is already available here with our citizens, protect them.

Do you know for a fact that people on work visa with kids born here, what they say at the hospital? The hospital doesn't verify that the parents are not citizens. They just fill a form to create a birth certificate.


I was talking about work visa not illegals. Apparently you're good at calling names but not freaking read.


Illegals cannot become citizens by lying since to be come a citizen, they would have to have a file with INS for naturalization.

Again, lies. No hospital asks for Citizenship information of parents, they just ask where you were born.

What is your beef with that? You keep saying "stop the abuse" but you are not making ANY sense since you haven't been able to outline who is abusing what.
