Coachella (United States) (AFP) - For the past three decades, Emilio Lopez Bautista has risen before dawn and headed to work in the farm fields of California, earning an honest living, buying a house, and steering clear of trouble.

But today, the 66-year-old, who entered the United States illegally from Mexico 30 years ago with his wife and six children, says nothing feels safe or predictable anymore.

Being in another country ILLEGALLY is being "honest"? Sheesh!

I'm wondering the same thing, especially as a field worker in California.

I would like to know too!
When the elderly neighbor who lived directly behind us died, his family sold the house to what turned out to be were three families. It was a three bedroom house, so I guess each family had their own bedroom. There were an awful lot of children, I never found out exactly how many.

They had parties weekly, they'd be singing out loud, drunk until the wee hours of the morning.
One of the older children received a drum set, and he'd bang away from the time school got out.
Our quiet neighborhood was taken away.

So I would really like to know how they managed this.

The sad part of this story isn't that illegals are starting to feel stress and anxiety. It's that at some point they became comfortable and relaxed with breaking our laws. They should have always been stressed and afraid.

As criminals, yes, they should be stressed and afraid.

I suspect they used fraudulent documents being able to buy a house, probably work also and whatever else they could squeeze out of the American taxpayers. Six kids? How many of us know someone with 6 kids that they could support picking crops in CA?

Bank of America gives mortgages to illegals. Many houses in my area are owned by them. Pisses me off.

Many large banks are also making arrangements to comply with sharia law 'finance' requirements so that muslims can buy houses.

Nothing surprises me any more unfortunately. You can colour me not too happy either but what good does it do?
