Sorry once again Capt but, Illegals are not "cheap". Net loss to State of Arizona last year was 1.3billion dollars. Not cheap.

And, as you probably know - Az is leading the nation in the area of enforcement of laws regarding illegal immigrants: Law enforcement agencies having personel become federally sworn officers. Illegals are being taken into custody and deported (by the 1000's). Employer sanctions laws now being enforced. Elimination of all state funded welfare benefits to illegals (and their immediate families).

Oh, and as a taxpayer - I have "standing" Capt - again, I'm sorry to disappoint you.

Nonsense GD. Oh AZ may lose...but the feds more than make up for it. And generally all those calculations claim the cost of educating US citizens in their total...likely the single biggest item.

The number of illegals continues to climb GD...Goes up every single day...

No - the feds are not making up for the $$$'s spent Capt. You are mistaken.

The number of illegals being deported from Arizona is going up - goes up every day.

You are mistaken GD. See OK and TX studies.

No - you are mistaken Capt. Az is not being re-imbursed for the cost of illegals. Deal with it

And, while the number may be "going up" - the rate of increase is GOING DOWN. YOU deal with it.

States are taking action Capt - you don't like it - and that is your right. But, as more and more states ramp up their enforcement actions - the more that illegals will be made to feel "uncomfortable" - and, its showing - .

There is a simple solution, adopt the same immigration laws that Mexico has. In yesterdays local paper it had a artical on this subject, I was shocked at how tough their laws are, it looked so simple and so affective.
