Too true - hate groups like Mecha are protected by our govenment. They would be executed in China for dissent or whatever other excuse of the week they use.
"Hate" is getting to be one of those words that have pretty well lost their meaning, so often are they used, and for so many widely-differing reasons .....kind of like 'tolerance', 'unreasonable', "xenophobia", and 'abuse', and many other terms. If I'm 'mad' at you, you 'hate' me. Pretty vague term, IMHO.
I can easily imagine, for example, a group who spoke up decrying the negative effects of grafitti upon their neighborhood, as a 'hate group', singling out 'certain people', for their 'own agenda'. In fact, I'm SURE that would be said. No doubt whatsoever.

I am White and proud of it; that stated, I have no problem with civilized people (read that quiet, sober, clean, etc) living next door to me-------of any race/ethnicity
For the record; I HATE NO ONE. Not even those who may hate me. You'll have to try again, because that label is not applicable to me. Try as you may, you won’t turn a lie into truth simply through repetition.

Well there really is nothing to "pick". MeCHA isn't exactly openly going around hanging people for their skin color.
Go back and retake U.S history. Klansmen hanged Black people.
