Actually they do but unfortunately they do that in the sanctuary areas where they know it won't matter.

I would contact the appropriate law enforcement agency.

And, if could be done safely, I would make a citizens arrest and detain the person for law enforcement.

I personally would say something LOUDLY. Something to the effect that I don't appreciate them coming to MY COUNTRY and breaking our laws and taking advantage of our resources.

If I heard someone announce they were illegal . . . such arrogance definitely deserves a call to ICE.

I've never met anyone who openly told the world they were here illegally. I learn it through other sources, but hey, I let the Government do its job. I do mine.
