Feds should also create a new law that bans murder in various cities and states. Redundancy is under-rated.

How ridiculous it is having to have a Bill passed to stop some cities from breaking the law!!! Send the National Guard into these cities, put a curfew in place and start arresting these illegal law breakers! Wth is the matter with this country now? Send them packing. Or build BIG internment camps and throw them all in there.

With the impeachment nonsense the Dems have been telling us that no one is above the law including the President but I guess the 20 million plus illegal aliens that have violated our immigration laws are?

It should be simple, you are illegal and commit a crime you are prosecuted for that crime and then you answer for the first crime of being illegally in the country. There are no passes given, no second chances no matter the sob story. These people know that they are living on the edge because they either snuck across the border or over stayed their visa. There has to be repercussions for breaking the law or we will see them become more brazen and society as a whole will suffer.

Ask any Legal immigrant about Illegal ones and the opportunities they receive from the Democrats and they are not happy about it.
excellent post

Thanks. I'm married to a LEGAL immigrant and I used to live and work in an area that had a large community of people from Brazil and I saw first hand how someones dream of coming to America and working hard for a better life for themselves and family could be trashed by their fellow countrymen that choose to be here illegally and take advantage of the system.

Anyone that gives sanctuary to illegal aliens should be held accountable.

I think Trump should produce a reality TV show that would feature the FBI and ICE moving on the elected and judges that shelter and help people that should not be here. It could be like a real life "law and order" that followed the accused through the court system with subsequent follow ups in later episodes.

I think it would be a hit.

It really is crazy to think that someone that has broken our immigration laws is allowed to stay when caught and given sanctuary from ICE.

Who are these "do gooders" protecting? The law breaker or the general public?

Because the federal government cannot force states to enforce federal law per the anti-commandeering principle inherent in the 10th Amendment.

Duh, feds DON'T "create laws".

Do you think laws should be enforced? A simple question.

Absolutely. A simple answer.

"Because the federal government cannot force states to enforce federal law"

"Never suggested otherwise. Me thinks you have a reading comprehension problem.

It is AGAINST CURRENT FEDERAL LAW to aid and abet ILLEGALS in ANY WAY. I would send in the FBI and ARREST these mayors etc. who are making these "sanctuary " places.

Have you ever read the law?
