Just for grins Google who has the power to change laws regarding citizenship and immigration in the USA.

Wait for it........Congress. "Article 1,S8, clause 4, of the United States Constitution specifically grants Congress the power to establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization." Nope not Biden nor Trump. Congress.

Did Congress change our immigration laws when Republican's held all three branches? Nope. It was more important to change tax laws to benefit some other special interest donors.

Will Congress try to change immigration laws now? Nope. It's more important to investigate a lap top and talk about separating into a different America based on rage porn ideology.

Come on. Wake up. Nothing is ever going to be done about changing our immigration laws until we the people get serious and stop falling for the look over there, it's the other guys fault.

It's we the voters that have to change in order to change our country. Until we stop behaving like a bunch of gas lighted rubes, we get what we deserve. Garbage on both sides.
It’s not just the voters that need to change. Gerrymandering needs to go. Also, as long as every member of Congress votes in lockstep with their particular party, nothing will change. When the Republicans held all three branches, that you mentioned, they didn’t have enough votes to pass many things in the Senate. Our immigration laws are pretty good, but i do think they need some tweaking a little. We’re awake, not woke. We (some of us) know that neither party is doing much, but the Democrats are actively trying to destroy our country with their immigration policies. I can’t support that.

Considering how easy it is for illegals to get fake papers here, in Mexico it’s a breeze.

How exactly does the US verify who someone really coming from Guatemala or wherever. And like you said they have fake Mexican birth certificate.

Does it really matter at this point ? If nothing is being done about the tens of millions (perhaps more) that are already here, I don't care. The US is already as good as dead with all of these invaders and their American hating anchor babies here.

How about law enforcement? Mandatory E-Verify? Enforcing existing immigration laws?

Is law enforcement up for the part about protecting this country regardless of what greedy globalists want? I mean what are they up to?

Let’s investigate the elites, see what their plotting behind closed doors, which would likely be clearly against the constitution?

Everybody’s so brave these days…

My buddy in Arizona knows quite a few who had violent criminal records back in their home countries living here illegally. If they got caught, before getting in and subsequently finger printed, they never gave their real last names. They just kept the names stored on their phones in case they forgot. No way Border Patrol was able to verify their real identities.

Actually, some of them who eventually scammed a green card through fake marriage etc, would wait it out to see if authorities ever found anything out. After the all clear, they would go to court and legally request a name change to their actual last names… lol

The sovereignty of this country is now a joke..
