"According to the release, Calderon entered the United States illegally from El Salvador. In March of 2023, he was stopped at the New York/Canada border trying to seek Canadian asylum, but he was denied and turned over to U.S. Customs and Border Patrol. He was then released from border patrol custody and given a notice to appear in federal court in Virginia on May 8, according to court records."

Again, a big part of the problem is releasing these individuals into our country just because they make an asylum claim or have entered our country illegally has got to stop!

Florida will be seeking the death penalty.

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. – Hillsborough County State Attorney Suzy Lopez announced Wednesday that her office will pursue the death penalty for an illegal immigrant after a brutal double homicide in Dover.

On April 24, 2024, the defendant, Angel Gabriel Cuz Choc, viciously killed his girlfriend, Amalia Coc Choc De Pec, and her 4-year-old daughter.

Cuz Choc entered the nation illegally from Guatemala, where he was reportedly wanted for two other murders, according to the U.S. Border Patrol. He faces two counts each of first-degree murder, kidnapping, and severe child abuse in Hillsborough County.

Anyone else wonder if this murder would have still happened in Guatemala.

Its not going to stop so long as Biden's President, and the Libs control the Senate. They may slow it down in hopes of staying in power, but if they do manage to win in November, they'll just re-open the flood gates.

An illegal immigrant (Sarabia) from Mexico, arrested by LA Sheriffs for multiple rapes..
Sarabia is accused of confining women in his Buffalo Bill(ish) van and driving 'em in to the woods to attack them.
Because they were violent sex crimes, Sarabia could face a life sentence.

Here's an article.

An illegal migrant allegedly went on a serial raping spree in Southern California, attacking his victims in a “rape dungeon on wheels” before he was caught in the act by cops.

Eduardo Sarabia, 40, was arrested Monday with a 26-year-old woman inside his decked-out van, which he had driven to a remote area of the San Gabriel Mountains near San Bernadino, sources told Fox 11.

It was the second time in two days that he allegedly took a victim to the secluded spot — but investigators suspect that Sarabia’s twisted spree lasted much longer.

Update on Eduardo Sarabia:

"FOX 11 got an exclusive look inside the vehicle deputies are calling a "rape dungeon on wheels," after they caught a man, who they called a serial rapist, in the act in the San Gabriel Mountains earlier this week.

Inside the van, deputies said was "rigged for rape" was condoms, ropes, bungees, children's toys, multiple cell phones and hard drives and more. In the back, a metal partition, which was locked from the outside, with a worn and stained mattress."

With all the time wasted posting this you could have volunteered somewhere and actually helped someone. So much time on your hands...
Respectfully, you're not reading the linked stories then.. they always refer to the arestees' illegal status.. which is why they're specifically in this thread. I guess a couple could be mistaken, but.. illegal immigration is usually a relevant detail.. because of the unique adjudication they could be facing.

And it is important for the public to recognize some of these rapists and killers have been deported multiple times with little to no punishment. So it's a public policy failure (being posthumously reported).
And yeah, it pisses me off when our government is failing to vet and/or incarcerate repeat offenders of DUIs, sexual assaults, repeated property crimes.
I'll return the question to you: why aren't you upset when someone is killed, raped, or robbed by unvetted aliens?

The usual come back by these people is "well Americans commit those crimes to". Yes, they do but illegal aliens have no right to be in our country and the crimes by those illegals wouldn't have occurred on our soil if they hadn't violate our immigration laws and entered our country illegally. That's less crime we would have had to deal with.

Antonio Rodas, a 29-year-old Guatemalan national who, according to authorities, was in the United States illegally killed 19 year old Adam Luker in a fatal crash. He had a previous DUI but was not deported.

Rodas' encounter with the law first came to light in 2021, when he was involved in a DUI-related crash near Lott and Jack Williams roads in Alabama. According to testimony from State Trooper Laderika Jackson, Rodas was found asleep at the wheel, with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of 0.19 – more than twice the legal limit in the state.

The key factor that enabled Rodas to remain in the country despite his criminal history was the policy directive issued by DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas in September 2021.
