OKLAHOMA CITY - A federal judge on Wednesday blocked parts of an Oklahoma law targeting illegal immigration, saying the measures are probably unconstitutional
blacknight04: the anti illegal immigrant side will have a setback or two-------but, we will prevail in the end
Besides: looking at the link you posted; it is still illegal under Oklahoma law to knowingly rent to illegals........trust me, there are many creative ways to torment the above so Mexico, etc. look better and better vs. the USA.

Spin it anyway you want but your "side" is losing.

This is definitely a serious setback. Mandatory e-verification is what makes the tough on the employers of illegals laws work. I wonder how much money went into that fed judge's swiss bank account?

Only the federal government can solve this problem now. States can keep passing harsh and unconstitutional laws, and they will keep getting struck down.

Precisely! Lots of pockets are being lined from the illegal alien 'slave' trade. The corporate elite will do anything to ensure a steady flow of their cheap illegal labor; and there are plenty of government officials eager to oblige them for the "right" amount. Corruption abounds.

And the states will continue to pass said laws------till the Feds step up (which they will)
Remember too if Obama wins the general election; he will (for obvious reasons) lean towards supporting American Blacks over illegal immigrants (most of whom are some variety of Latino). Face it: when push comes to shove; us 'White folks' will back our Black and other 'people of color' brother/sister US citizens over a bunch of foreigners.

Obama and the black congressional caucus support what you call amnesty.

And the CBC is nothing but a glorified social club. Who cares what they support? Remember, Bush also wanted amnesty.
