Can't have it both way unless you cut corners somewhere...obv it was been in the use of an illegal work force.
You forgot to mention greed on the part of the illegal aliens.

They are part of the greed...never said they were not. I was stating why we have a very lax border policy. The people who have the money make the rules....Even as I write this someone is making /saving more money because they use illegals. There are two sides to blame...and if you buy cheap products then chances are that you have indirectly contributed to this mess. Shop at Walmart...buy produce from big box super markets? yeah...we all do...

And even as I speak, some illegal somewhere is having an anchor baby at the US taxpayer's expense. We will not only be left holding the bag for the delivery costs, but the anchor baby will be automatically enrolled in Medicaid and receive 'free' health care until age 18. Whatever taxes his parents pay as minimum or below minimum wage workers are not going to cover the cost of educating him, WIC, section 8 housing, free meals at school, ELL or remedial services and so on.
Sorry, but knowing that I saved $0.17 on a tomato is scant consolation.

I guess that will be three fewer illegal men raping little American girls then running back home; three fewer illegal women (or girls) having more kids for more welfare; and three fewer children clogging up the American system because they were born here not wanting to learn English.

Except for the SUV, I'd say it was a profitable day!

No we don't.
I may be the one person in this country who has never shopped at WalMart and never will. I don't care what they've got. I don't care what it costs. I don't want it.
I shop at the local supermarket chain, the farmer's market and grow what I can on my own.

I agree. There are those of us out there who seek out locally grown, American made etc. I do not shop Walmart. I too grow a lot, can and dry freeze a lot as well. I am fortunate enough to have farms by me that employ AMERICANS. Imagine that And in most cases the vegs are the same price or cheaper than the supermarket. Gee a farm that employs AMERICANS actually can sell vegetables that are not higher priced. Kind of throws the illegal alien $100 head of lettuce argument out the window, doesn't it?

And your one out of how many? Anways...You must have TV...it might even come from an American company...But I'm sure A company that at some point most likely used illegals or out sourced an American job away. So you haven't shopped at Walmart. What about Best Buy? Circuit City? Where does your local super market chain get produce from? California Farms? New Mexico Farms? Texas Farms? A lot of them employ illegals...

Maybe you go out to eat. Do you ask the manager if they use illegals to cook and clean?

Your right..and they are here because someone in power allows them to be here...they are here because someone has something to gain from them being here...

So it's OK to break the law unless someone is actively stopping you from doing so? Is this the new 'If You Can Get Away With It, Go Ahead!' policy or what?

And they are here because they come here of their own FREE WILL and knowingly break the law and in many cases commit Fraud with ID theft. I am sorry but just because our government is lax and companies are greedy is no justification for illegals coming here and breaking the law. Illegals are guility because of their actions not because of a lax government or a greedy corporation.
