As you can see he is not so great and he is about to be sued by a few respected organization's.

He is a danger to civil rights.
Whose 'civil rights'? If we are dealing with suspected illegal immigrants---------------tough!

Good Grief, Bianca . . . once a Mexican Citizen has chosen to enter this country ILLEGALLY do you really believe he or she should have any rights whatsoever?

Simple solution . . . if a Mexican Citizen wants rights then stay in Mexico or enter this country legally and NOT AS A COMMON CRIMINAL.

It is called probable cause.

30 years ago the police used to stop me quite often due to my being a young Nordic White male with long hair and a beard. Yes, it pissed me off but, hindsight being 20/20---------way too many people who did look like me were indeed troublemakers.

1. He will never get the position. He blew it when he stumped for Romney
2. He violates civil rights (whether you agree with him or not...the fact is he has crossed this line with US citizens many times).
3. Media Wh@re. The director of homeland security should not be on TV more the president..with Joe this would certainly be the case.
4. He hides things in regards to his personal financial dealings. I doubt he would even take the job if it meant he had to disclose certain things...

Even if you are a US born citizen it doesn't mean anything to most people on this board. They support racial profiling.

Being brown is not probable cause.Being black is not probable cause...It is racial profiling. Lets call it what it is and stop being politically correct.

How about driving an UNregistered or Illegally registered vehicle?

How about driving an UNsafe vehicle . . . inoperative lights or other defective or missing equipment for example?

How about driving a vehicle late at night with music (using that term loosely) loud enough to WAKE THE DEAD?

Then, after the stop has been made . . . how about NO ID or NO VALID LICENSE or NO INSURANCE?

and the list reflecting BLATANT DISRESPECT AND ARROGANCE goes on and on and on . . .
