Not really concerned about the illegals he is pulls over...more concerned about the citizens he pulls over because of the color of their skin...which is the reason it is unconstitutional.
Make no mistakes, Arpaio's officers use racial profiling and now they have to answer to a man that has been racially profiled himself.

I'm a brown person who has no problem with racial profiling. It's become pretty clear to me who commits most of the crimes.
Even if a sweep is racial profiling, so what? If you don't have outstanding warrants, are not a criminal and don't have illegal items in your car, dont' run from the cops, become belligerent when asked to do what the cop asks you to do, then what difference does it make. You aren't going to be in trouble unless your a bad guy. As stan4 says; "It's become pretty clear to me who commits most of the crimes". It's fashionable to make it seem like only blacks or browns always get pulled over and always pulled over by white cops. Neither of which is true.

Yet I rarely hear about American Indians (or Anglo Sicilians, etc) being 'racially profiled'--------never mind that most North American Hispanics are indeed part Indian (Aztec, Yaqui, etc).
