The Asians are taking over because they learn English. You never see people from India demanding that we learn their language and dialects. They are rising fast because they can learn English.

Well -- have your read the new reports out on the fast rising birth rates? 40% of births are to unwed mothers and a large portion of the fast rising birth rate is to Mexicans living here.
The Asians aren't rising by having 15 kids without a father, they are rising because they value an education, are quick at learning English. They aren't the ones you see sitting around the welfare offices.

I don't have a really big dog in this fight, however, can't find anywhere but you going on about "Mexicans taking over". Slightly Racist seems to be more your rhetoric than Bostonian or Malaute. "Racist" is thrown out there when you have no logical argument. Seems like you made 1 Angry taxpayer's point for him. The Scottsdale police arrested him. Judge gave him the time. How did any of that "violate" civil rights ?
