Wipe the foam off, lol.

WHAT are you talking about? The poster was complaining about her kid being mistreated in school because he was different than the rest. This is not an illegal immigration issue, and I was pointing that out. Kids behave like this regardless of their demographic.

If you're going to cite problems with illegal immigrants, stick to the REAL issues and stop whining about Little Johny getting his butt handed to'em on the playground. Cowboy up a little, will ya?"

lol, I give up on this section.

Yac, whatever they're paying you to moderate this section(if like most forums, $0) it DAMN sure ain't enough for this, lol.

My hat's off to ya. (bowing)

Does your grass grow? How about the shirt on your back? A lot of that stuff is ASSEMBLED right here in the good ole USA, only the fabric is made in Guatemala, etc. How about the grocery store? Who do you think is loading those trucks these days? Hell, who do you think is driving those trucks sometimes?

That's right, you guessed it, Mexicans.

They're everywhere, and yes, they're working. Unfortunately, what you SEE are the welfare recipients sitting at home. You SEE the criminals. You SEE the ones climbing the fences.

That's what you want to see, and that's what the media wants you to see.

As Mr. Blackwell might say "Brown is the new Black."

I'm not denying that this new wave of immigrant brought with them their FAIR share of trash. Just don't trash them all, because it's honestly not even a remotely fair assessment.

....and 70 years ago, it was the same for the Germans, believe it or not. A LOT Of immigration that if graded by today's standards would have been considered illegal. Guess what, nobody wanted THEM here either.

The work these immigrants are doing was done by Americans before these immigrant illegals ever came here. The illegals numbers caused the huge cost of living, they caused the wages to go down....businesses and individuals hired illegals at lower costs both because they could 'then' and to try to keep their standard of living. It has 'not' worked, people in big cities are going under losing their homes and not making enough to rent the cheapest apts. If the illegals were gone tomorrow Americans would do the work fine as they always have and they would be working for Americans, not illegals, for instance picking agriculture, construction. Less people=less cost of living, less workers, far far far less trouble, less taxes, less jails, etc., and better wages. I'm speaking of mostly the big counties that have been hit hard with illegals.

70 years ago Germans nobody wanted them here? Who told you that, not true. We have a large population of people who have German ancestry in the U.S. So large, that German was almost the language spoken in the U.S. instead of English. Our previous ancestors mostly came here legally, today is nothing like the past. Nothing.

The point is, people need to stop following the illegals on this.

Follow the money. Whenever you want to get to the bottom of a political issue, follow the money. No matter WHAT they tell you about religion, freedom, democracy, etc. .......

Follow the money.

I agree, follow the money....big business. The illegals were encouraged in many real ways to come to America, even by their own president in Mexico.
They are not refugees, they are/were poor and now have made many many in America poor. They can be poor in their own countries.

Kele said her child was the only English speaking child in a class of 32, the rest spoke Spanish, etc. It's all about illegal immigration.

Yes it is, thank you. It is about the inability of an American child of tax paying parents to receive an education in the United States of America because the illegal alien children have been taught by their parents not to tolerate those outside La Raza.

If our government was doing it's job by securing our borders and the rights of American citizens, this situation would never have happened. Unfortunately, this occurs frequently now in Southern California, I've heard some stories and witnessed some situations that would stun even the most ardent illegal supporter. That is why so many middle-class families with children are fleeing this state. They know that if they stay here, and their children are forced to learn along ESL students, the quality of their children's education goes down. California's test scores prove that yearly. Not only that, but increasing gang activities in the So Cal schools makes sending your child to school a dangerous proposition.

If they treat my child that badly in kindergarten, just imagine what they will be like once they reach high school, providing they don't drop out before then.

Whatever they have in Mexico does not qualify them to come here illegally and ruin our country, ruin our citizens lives. Whether their presidents encouraged them or not. We cannot go to their countries and do these things. Yes, it's frighteningly not uncommon anymore as you say to be homeless, work low paying jobs...making half of what it takes to pay one months rent on a shack. The reason for this is because the illegals have driven up the cost of living, lowered wages, and when you are poor and older or sick and on the streets or other bad situation and there is no way out or up in life, so no way to make it, then it's really frightening.

Kele,

I remember reading about a Kele on the SOS site who was knocked down and beaten by some frenzied Mexicans. I was wondering if that person might have been you?

Yep, only I was beaten where I stood, because I refused to go down. Don't you know that it is a crime against society to be a blonde haired woman in Maywood, CA?

The word "any" is quite clear. If they said "any citizen", then you would be correct. They didn't. They said "any person".

Haven't you wondered why this issue has not hit the legal system yet?

Because it can't. They're not citizens, but we cannot strip them of everything and send them back to Mexico. That, would be unconstitutional. Only when they break the law, which is committing a crime against the state, can we override this provision.

~T

If we cannot send them back to Mexico or home country, then why is the U.S. sending so many families back who have not broken laws except the one, being illegal, and many have been here 16 years and under and have houses (I see this on the news frequently)?
