Some people mistakenly think that immigrants are not eligible for welfare. Several years ago, Congress did attempt to render immigrants ineligible for most forms of welfare. However, subsequent backpedaling by Congress and the executive branch has undone most of those reforms. Furthermore, many immigrant families get welfare through the eligibility of their U.S. citizen children. (It is also important to realize that even when immigrants are ineligible for federal welfare programs, the burden of their support is simply shifted over to the state and local welfare agencies.)

Refugees, asylees, and all amnestied illegal aliens are exempt from the public charge requirement.3 (http://www.fairus.org/site/News2?page=NewsArticle&id=16985&security=1601&news _iv_ctrl=1017#footnote-3 - broken link) Congress has decided that the American people will serve as the sponsors for these immigrants and pick up the tab for their support.

I agree unethical Businesses love the cheap, taxpayer subsidized labor.. Nothing like Free Healthcare, Food Stamps, and Welfare...

I accompanied a friend who, due to a lost job and health insurance had to apply for the County Medical Program, and was reading some of the forms at the office and it specifically mentioned that the "Children of Undocumented Immigrants were eligible to receive Cash Aid, Food Stamps", etc.. Not to mention the special housing rates that were advertised for Farm Workers, and the "Children or Family Members of Farm Workers".. In California, they really roll out the red carpet! All they need is to give them some Cavier and Champagne.. Maybe hook them up with a Limo ride out to the Welfare office?

The default anchor status also means it's time for other freebies like school, free meals and additional things like free after school babysitting called the 6-6 or the Y.
I pay a ton in taxes and the one thing I could have benefitted from was a 6-6 program but since so many anchor kids are bused in the free meals program is off the charts. So much so in fact that the school was cut off from funding as they capped out on aid just from the free meals alone! What that meant was all of us working parents who could have used that valuable 6-6 program got to crack open our wallets (yet again) to pay for what the Illegals got for free.
When your kid is bused to and from school with all meals and daycare taken care of that pretty much means your day is open. Especially if you don't work or work under the table which skims both State and Federal tax levels.

There's no way illegals with very little education, few job skills, no ability to learn English or much of the USA can make it here with our very high cost of living without welfare handouts. It costs a lot of money to have children in the USA, to raise a family here.

Illegals wouldn't be taking the dirt paying jobs that provide no benefits like health care insurance and having many children if they didn't intend to take welfare.

The question is : WHY illegal aliens (undocumented workers) enjoying charity from the public treasury (aka Welfare).
The answer is: YOU allowed it.

Before the socialist revolution of 1935 (aka FICA aka Social Security), the government disbursed charity from the public treasury to paupers. It was so burdensome that few people sought it out. In fact, men often abandoned their wives and children before becoming paupers themselves. Pretty harsh!

But thanks to FDR and his left wing revolutionaries, who lied about "Relief" not being "charity from the public treasury", the majority of Americans VOLUNTARILY signed up, and accepted the NUMBER (of their enslavement).

Today's socialist paradise imposes an administrative and taxation burden that devours most of one's working life. Why else would struggling families require all adults to be 'employed' when their forefathers could support families with one "bread winner"? There are a host of parasites and drones that skim off a portion of the revenues gathered in the name of socialism.

Of course no society can endure rewarding parasites while punishing productive people and industry.
So American businesses fight back by hiring illegals, who are not so burdened with costly overhead expenses. American households fight back by buying untaxed imports.

But make no mistake, the culprit was and is socialist government, empowered by YOUR CONSENT.

How to stop it?

No legislator nor executive officer will stand up and denounce Socialist InSecurity. Forget any solution emanating from the public servants.

The only viable solution is for YOU to cease participating.
Socialist InSecurity is 100% voluntary.
There is no constitutional law that can compel involuntary servitude. At some point, there is evidence of consent. And you had better discover exactly HOW you gave consent, or else they will stomp you.

Restating: YOU gave consent to be a host to the multitude of parasites, in government, and bribed with "Entitlements" (charity) from the public treasury.
It's time you start ASKING (or demanding) your public servants to explain where they got your consent to rob you, your children, your children's children.
And if you haven't given consent, knowingly, willingly and intentionally, you have the right to object and STOP IT.

Once 51% of Americans leave Socialist InSecurity, the game will be over, for the productive people will have left, and only the multitudes of leaches will be left to wither away, fighting over the scraps.
