IMO, the f'ing greedy employers are the heart of this problem. I'm not giving a free ticket to people who come here illegally, but if the carrot wasn't dangled in front of them constantly by these aholes it would not be as much of a problem.

a solution might be a union at some of these shops. that way the employees get the correct amount of training and the employers aren't hiring illegal immegrants. although it might be a right to work state in texas.

The "loathesome" creatures are the greedy AMERICAN corporate leaders. The people that come here searching for work, regardless if they are here illegally, are nothing more than pawns in these greedy b*stards hands. Most of them are decent people that are willing to put their backs into a living. I don't agree with them being here illegally but they have been enticed for decades by the greedy corporate b*stards.
I have nothing against people from Mexico; the problem I have is from traitorous people in this country that exploit those people for profit.

Just how well do you think these SOBs (and you can take that any way you want) could maintain jet engines even if they could read & write english? Ever been in a taxi in cuidad Juarez? Bailing wire & bubble gum on wheels. Just where the hell is the FAA. Air Frames ?? They can't possibly have the engineering skills to get within 20miles of that licence. About all they would be any good at is spray painting graffiti or gang tags (if there was a hardware store near by) on the tail of the plane. Maybe paint a giant taco on the fuselage, huh ?

The common American worker is thus replaced by a different worker, who has no choice but to accept a lesser pay and perhaps zero benefits. The share holder or CEO then makes a bigger dividend or profit;
a) The share holder or CEO can now afford to be a member of some prestigious Country Club anywhere worldwide…
b) They also can afford to take there children to some expensive private school anywhere worldwide…
c) Can also afford there own private jet and yacht…
