Next she’ll receive federal funding as a non-profit “immigrant” organization.

Quote:
After observing the anti-illegal immigrant protesters who congregate near the 7-Eleven on County Road 39 in Southampton Village, many of whom think that all illegal immigrants should be rounded up and deported, Ms. Baruch said she was prompted to form a pro immigrants’ rights group called Neighbors in Support of Immigration. “The anti-immigrant groups were so organized,” she added, justifying one of her reasons for launching the group.

In a recent interview, Ms. Baruch pointed to the economic benefit the immigrants bring to the East End by providing cheaper labor for some companies. “There is a lot of misinformation about that,” she said, adding that it would cost too much money to deport every one of the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants now residing in the country.

In January, Ms. Baruch said she reached out to about 40 people on the East End, asking them their thoughts on forming an illegal immigrants’ rights coalition.
Illegal aliens have rights?

In addition, couldn't this pro-illegal face prosecution for knowingly aiding and abetting illegal aliens?

You read my mind. However, she will probably follow La Raza’s strategies. After all, those illegal alien shysters have managed to fleece the taxpayers by masquerading as non-profit “immigrant” advocates.

You can read about them below. (Also below, they consider all foreigners in the U.S. as inhabitants, there is no distinction made between legal or illegal. Also, why do you think Guantanamo Bay is outside U.S. jurisdiction? the rights that the people, who are there, would have if brough into U.S. jurisdiction is one of the things that keeps it open.

Quote:
The word "inhabitant" has several meanings in law depending upon on the
context. In some contexts it is equated with citizenship; in other
contexts, specifically that of the federal civil rights acts passed
during the Reconstruction, "inhabitant" has been held not to mean
"citizen." Baldwin v. Franks, 120 U.S. 678, 690-692, 75 S.Ct. 656, 32
L.Ed. 766 (1887)

After comprehensive analysis of the intent of Congress which drafted
this legislation, this court holds that the word "inhabitant" describes
any person who is within the jurisdiction of the United States.

Upon introducing the provisions which eventually became 18 U.S.C. 242,
its sponsor, Senator Stewart, explicitly stated that the bill protects
all "persons." He noted that the bill "simply extends to foreigners,
not citizens, the protection of our laws.". He added:

This bill extends the equal protection of the laws to aliens, so that
all persons who are in the United States shall have the equal protection
of our laws. It extends the operations of the civil rights bill . . . to
all persons within the jurisdiction of the United States. United States
v. Otherson (1979) 480 F.Supp. 1369, 1370-1373.

Anti-Illegal groups follow KKK and Neo-Nazis stategies.

"They are raping our culture"
"Do you really want Mexicans? Whites will be a minority!"
"They bring crime!"
"They are inferior"
"They are taking our jobs!"

Fear, Hate, Racism. Some groups even "patrol" the borders with loaded weapons looking to shoot people .

Etc. Etc.

Illegals are humans too. In fact, those people everyone complains about are Americans too.

"Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free"

Is there a fine print saying "*except people of color?"

And yet the same holds true for some pro illegal immigrant groups

"We are the New Americans"
"We (latinos) will be the new face of the US"
"Viva La Raza"

Their are some racist ****s on both sides of the immigration debate, but at least on the side of the anti- illegal groups it doesnot represent a majority or even that many.
