Prop 187 SHOULD be revisited as it did pass with the backing of Governor Pete Wilson and the majority of California voters..
That said, last week the California Supreme Court ruled in FAVOR of the will of the voters regarding Gay Marriage and Proposition 8.. Regardless of what one's feelings are regarding this proposition, it was interesting to see the Supreme Court rule in favor the Anti-Gay Marriage measure passed by voters.. One would only wonder, IF a similar ruling would be made in regards to the voters and Illegal Immigration..
And then, another judge like Sotomayor, being a hispanic ethnocentric activist kook would strike prop 187 down in a heartbeat if it passed and then award the illegals amnesty damages for any mental anguish suffering prop 187 may have done to them.
