The number of OTMs (Other than Mexicans) has been on the rise of awhile now. Arabs and Muslims are also very common in addition to Asians and other Hispanics (ex. Salvadorans, Guatemalans, Dominicans, Ecuadorans, etc).
Our borders are so porous (especially our southern border) it is no surprise that illegal aliens from all over the world are finding this the easiest avenue for entering our country without inspection or papers.

Exactly, it's nothing short of a miracle that Al Qaeda or someother Islamic terrorist group has not taken advantage of this yet. I thank God every night that another day goes by we don't have a WMD attack in a city with materials that were smuggled over the Mexican border. Im shocked it hasent happened yet ... goes to show how stupid our enemies are.
could it be that the news (and impact) of the recession has deterred people from south of the border, but not others who [coming from china or FAR FAR places] sacrifice more and are more desperate to get here?
the people south of us know whats going on, they hear from family and friends and see it on the news. maybe the decrease in people from the south crossing illegally has freed up the hands of the border patrol and they are finding these other people instead.

Mark my word they are already here and plotting their next attack. The FBI Director has already admitted that people from known terrorist countries have snuck across our southern border and disappeared into the landscape. It is only a matter of time. I wonder if our government will try to cover it up if indeed they will or did enter our country through our southern border? Got to keep that cheap illegal labor flowing and increase in future Democratic voters you know even if it means a terrorist attack is evident via our porous southern border.

I also don't doubt they will cover it up if indeed they use the poorly defended Mexican border to access our country. It's also why the Democrat Party leadership is so hell bent on amnesty ... because it will ensure them a virtual permanent grip on power. That's millions of guaranteed Democrat voters for them right there.
