Is this Obama’s idea of garnering support for CIR through the enforcement of our laws?

It seems to me that the radical left wing Maobama will try to pass as much controversial left wing legislation as is possible between now and the 2010 election. The reason being is that the Democrats now have a filiburster proof 60 votes in the Senate. Maobama's popularity and approval ratings are starting to plunge. The chances of having a filibuster proof Senate after 2010 are going down. So right now may be the best time he's going to have for ramming through his left wing controversial agenda.
Hey ArizonaBear how come your boy Obama is not taking a right of center approach on illegal immigration ? Isn't that why you voted for him, because you foolishly thought Obama would act like a conservative when dealing with the issue of illegal immigration.
You thought Obama was going to be the great messiah that came from the heavens and would save the day and deport all of the illegals back to their to home country. But instead it turns out that Obama is just the Black version of Geraldo Rivera.

what the hek is Obama freaking thinking! is he nuts or what, Another one of his brillant brain storm of an idea, why does he not get the illegal situation. He was going to be the one to bring such New Change, But the change he has brought us, has been no different then what we are use to, no more and no less. And if one or more of these released illegals commits a felony, who's going to take the blame?
What if they Rob a Bank? What if they Blow up a Walmart? What if they Kidnapp the President?
You can play "What-if" all day long, that doesn't change the FACT, you can't detain someone under suspiscion of a non-specificfuture crime. If an alien made Bomb threats to a Walmart, then that is a specific future crime. He would be detained and questioned by HLS, his domicile would be checked over for bomb making materials, then he would be turned over to ICE.

He made a valid point. The release of these criminals could easily pose a threat to the citizens of this country. It isn’t a “what if” because we have more than enough evidence pertaining to crimes committed by “catch-and-release” illegals. Moreover, they usually abscond, and rarely comply with court orders.
