“Is this about fighting crime or fighting immigrants?” asked Deacon Joe Rubio, vice-president of Catholic Charities for the Houston-Galveston Archdiocese, who claimed the program has been used to purge towns and cities of immigrant populations
.

No, it’s about fighting ILLEGAL immigration; which, by the way, is a CRIME.

I don't think Mr. Rubio knows the difference. It appears in his World there is no crime. What a lucky guy.

He conveniently left out the term Illegal, to build credit to his agenda. Nice try, but the majority of Americans are not as ignorant as Mexicans.

The big hammer falls, once again!!!
Now if Austin, would get with the program!

the mayor said he would like the city to participate in an ICE program known as “Secure Communities” that allows local officers access to a massive immigration database. The mayor said he hoped to have that program in place by the end of the year.
Why is this not the protocol, in place now?
Sometimes I think brains is not a qualification needed. It is more a popularity contest when these DA's are elected.

So what is the church's agenda? Mexico and Latin America are Catholic countries. What is it about a Protestant founded country that makes it so much more liveable than the Catholic nations these people flee?

The Church is not doing much to teach morals, or abstinence or much of anything but seems actually to encourage teen pregnancy among the illegals. The Catholic nuns in this town were actually boasting of their "charity" efforts because they were assisting immigrant single mothers to sign up for welfare benefits and helping others find loopholes to get on public assistance.
