The insanity continues. . . .

Quote:
Five Muslim illegal immigrants detained in New York after Middle Eastern terrorists attacked the area on September 11 have won $1.26 million from the U.S. government to settle a lawsuit accusing federal authorities of violating their rights.

The five who sued the government claimed that then Attorney General John ********, prison personnel, FBI supervisors and other officials violated their rights by imprisoning them on the basis of their race and religion.

In a separate lawsuit another illegal immigrant detained during the same period, Ehab Elmaghraby, settled with the U.S. government for $300,000 a few years ago. He was deported to his native Egypt in 2003 after pleading guilty to credit card fraud.

"Insanity" is the only appropriate term....a total and complete 'disconnect' from reality and common sense.

No further comment...."insanity" says it all....

It’s as insane as awarding punitive damages to a burglar because he was manhandled by the homeowners after they caught him sleeping in their bed.

What basic human rights were violated? Is it ok for them to violate our laws by being here illegally?

Dude! If they're here illegally AND are muslim, we should be able to do whatever we want with them! Insanity is an understatement!
Wtf is this country coming to? Uh hello? Can we say internment camps? The Japanese never hit us after Pearl Harbor. Oh, but people are just so PC.

There are no illegal human beings. All men are created equal. We're all immigrants. One man's "law" is another man's joke.

So I take it this is sarcasm, and all things you don't really believe in.
Orale.

There are many people who have had their day in court, and the verdict is a travesty. This, IMO, qualifies.
