if shes not doing her job correctly, regardless of how we feel, then she needs to face the consequences. simple as that.
lets flip this a bit. lets say the procedure was to inform ICE about detainees, but she didnt. and was reprimanded? would that be a problem? im sure most of you would want her to face some consequences.
in the end shes not following the guidelines set forth by her agency. in this situation the procedure is to NOT call ICE. she is obviously overstepping some boundaries.
