A group of black clergy members called on lawmakers and the federal government Monday to pass comprehensive immigration reform as soon as possible. The Concerned Black Clergy of Atlanta held a rally and prayer vigil in front of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's Atlanta office.About two dozen people attended the rally to call for a moratorium on deportations and the passage of a comprehensive immigration reform law.
Proof that not only "Hispanics" support comprehensive immigration reform.
It's the same old diatribe from the Church, it doesn't matter that they are black, they just want more paying church members no matter how they get them as the Church is a business.
I don’t recall anyone claiming that “only” Hispanics support amnesty aka immigration reform. I agree with 1AngryTP, the fact that this group is black is irrelevant. Approximately two dozen attended the rally? That’s hardly representative of even a small congregation, let alone several. We have more than that in our church “kiddie” choir.

No one has said they do but it is an overwhelming majority of Hispanics that do. Yes, there are some bleeding heart liberals of other races/ethnicities who want the garbage of CIR also but most do not.

Actually it wasnt a "rally", it was a news confrence. Most present representing CBC at the news confrence were leaders of their respective Churches.
..."The ministers of African American churches have a long history of involvement in social, political, and economic activities. In Atlanta an organization known as Concerned Black Clergy (CBC) has been active in all of these areas since it was founded in 1983. The membership of the CBC includes more than 125 religious organizations representing more than 100,000 members"...

Hmm. . . not a “rally” yet it was mentioned twice in the above quote. Perhaps rally is the new word for press conference. I don’t know. It’s hard staying abreast of all of the pro-illegal jargon. I guess the March 21st “rally” in DC was just a large press conference. Thanks for the clarification.

Interesting Pro-Criminal Alien bait and switch. Sometimes it gets made up on the fly.
It doesnt bother me to be labled pro-illegal immigration, pro criminal alien, anti-american...Because ive been call worse to my face...
so long as I am also aligned with the good folk of the Concerned Black Clergy. Im all good. I dont have a need to be what Im not.
Ive tired of this little group of Do-Nothing whiners...Im tired of the same boring illegal alien diatribe. Y'alls use of ridiculous logic. Y'alls lack of even simple judicial concepts or basic civics that every adult Ameircan should know. Y'alls lack of understanding of basic legislative processes is scary. A thread in which most think civil liberties and Constitution rights are a hendrence to their twisted idea of justice.
Im off to fight real monsters, Im blessed to live in a state that isnt buying this " illegal alien" hysteria...iM off to fight real racism for those that dont tip-toe around. Call a spade a spade, so I know you hate spades. and I can make sure spades have all the exact rights and privileges as you. Every single right.

Funny; we have a Black person (Benicar) posting in this thread along with an Apache Indian (1AngryTaxPayer) so, who is the 'racist' here?
