They are raping this country via the misinterpretation and exploitation of the 14th Amendment. By giving birth on U.S. soil, illegal aliens avail themselves of benefits reserved for legal residents and citizens. Thus, billions of taxpayer dollars have been squandered as a result of the procreation of foreign interlopers. No wonder our country is suffering.
You somehow feel that if you keep repeating the outcome of the ruling, that that is someway going to change the ruling...the Law dosent work that way.

I have never denied that these children are of illegal parents...never.

but that doesnt make a difference when the SC Jutices rule on the application of the 14th amendment. regardless of the immigration status of the mother...the Jutices continue precedent and rule these children are American Citizens with all rights and privilages.

And, you fail to accept the fact that illegal immigration, which includes the US-born children of illegal aliens, is responsible for the squandering of billions of tax dollars annually. How any taxpayer could condone this, is beyond me.

The citizenship conferred to these children does not alter the fact that their birth occurred in this country solely due to their parents’ flagrant violation of our laws.

I dare say, if millions of Haitians were living here illegally and procreating at the speed of light, you would be one of the first in line to have the 14th Amendment interpreted as intended.

Giving birth for personal gain is the most egregious of all illegal alien scams. As long as illegals realize all they have to do is enter this country and give birth to qualify for a multitude of freebies, they will continue to come. Jobs and Birthright Citizenship are THE biggest magnets for illegal immigration. We need to end both. I’m sure millions of people who fought and died for this country, not to mention the framers of the 14th Amendment, must be turning over in heir graves.
