so let me try to understand...LE arrests someone, finds out that they are illegal, then gives them a extra charge of tresspasing?

Or they stop someone that looks illegal, and cite them for tresspassing?
Then what...deport them because they are tresspassing? no way...

With all the serious immigration laws that need fixing...tresspassing is the best solution these geniuses can come up with...Un Freaking Believeble.
Go ahead..play stupid. You know exactly what's being said.

Maybe your not just playing.

I went to check out Ok HB 1804...I saw that it was a pilot e verify system...I was gonna come back and argue that at least the Ok bill was sound immigration change.

When I read on the guy said that the system was flawed, so I read on...

What are the main flaws in the Basic Pilot Program?[list=1][*]The main flaw is that the system does not check if a Social Security Number is being used in more than one location. If someone is applying for a job in New York and another is in Arizona, that should put up a flag that something may be amiss. There are recent stories of the same Social Security Number being used at hundreds of locations throughout the United States and nothing is done.

Read basic program and why is it flawed.

These things are the article writer's mere opinion (probably someone with an ulterior motive). I would be interested in a counter argument and explanation from our government on this since e-verify has such a high accuracy rate.
